Structural Review and Repair Support

Structures sometimes have issues and need an independent review.  We can provide that review and can leverage our expertise across many different building materials to recommend repairs if the project requires them.

Most of our projects that focus on review and repair are structures that are in service and sustain damage from a specific event.  Some such events that prompt our services include, but are not limited to:

- Structure Fires

- Beam or Roof Failure

- Column Damage

- Moisture Damage

We also have the ability to leverage our extensive experience in concrete structures (including post-tensioned concrete) and wood structures to review projects that are currently under construction.  These projects are usually initiated by the contractor or owner wanting an evaluation by an  independent engineer outside of the design team for specific field conditions of concern.
