Vibrant Cities: Roystone

Seattle, Washington

Vibrant Cities:  Roystone is situated in the bustling uptown urban center of Seattle, just steps away from the iconic Seattle Center. Roystone is strategically positioned along the Mercer Corridor, capitalizing on its prime location for urban connectivity and convenient access to key amenities, entertainment hubs, and public transportation.

The project rises above Queen Anne Avenue and Roy Street, with three levels of post-tensioned concrete below five levels of conventional wood framing.  The building features a basement level dedicated to parking, street-level retail spaces on a corner lot, and over ninety apartments distributed across the upper floors.

The Roystone project aims to positively contribute to the local community by providing quality housing options, expanding opportunities for mixed-use retail and contributing to this vibrant neighborhood of Seattle.
