Vibrant Cities: NIWA is an innovative and strategically-positioned mixed-use development, situated steps away from Seattle Center, the Space Needle and Climate-Pledge Arena.
This multifaceted project seamlessly integrates underground parking, street-level retail spaces, and 125 contemporary residential units in three levels of post-tensioned concrete with five levels of wood-framing above.
The project not only addresses practical urban needs but also enhances the living experience by capitalizing on its breathtaking rooftop views. With panoramic perspectives stretching southeast towards the bustling downtown Seattle and west across the picturesque Puget Sound and Olympic Mountains, the project offers a unique blend of functionality, aesthetics, and a prime location in the heart of Seattle.
