Hotel Indigo

Hotel Indigo is located at the redeveloped Waterfront Place Central of the Port of Everett. The 142-room hotel provides patrons with recreation and conference/event spaces along with new restaurants. Visitors can enjoy the view of Puget Sound and have immediate access to the waterfront.

The building consists of four-stories of wood light-framed hotel rooms over a one-story concrete podium. The wood-over-concrete design allows versatile layouts of amenities at the street level and cost-effective construction of the upper hotel structure. In addition, long-span steel construction above the conference and event spaces reduces the need for columns to accommodate a wide variety of events.
