BSE worked closely with design and construction teams to bring the unique triangular building to life. Our engineers utilized three-dimensional building information modeling (BIM) and finite-element analysis to visualize and resolve the engineering challenges of this unique project footprint.

 

The top five levels are framed using sustainable and renewable engineered wood products. Below is a concrete podium with post-tensioned concrete floors to best-leverage the performance of the concrete and reduce material cost and carbon footprint.
